About Pantheon Cats
Passionate about Pedigree Maine Coons
Our beautiful cats are primarily our beloved and pampered pets but occasionally we are able to offer some kittens to new loving, caring homes to make a wonderful addition to someone else's family.
By nature these large cats are gentle giants - often referred to as the nearest you can get to having a dog as a cat! Despite being long haired they cause less allergic reactions compared to most cats.
They love being pampered by their humans and are usually kept as indoor cats but also can be trained to use a harness or enjoy a catproofed garden or catio.

Our majestic beauties are full of personality and each has their own particular ways that we have come to love so much.
Artemis
Artemis is our gorgeous black silver spotted tabby with green eyes and suits her name perfectly - she is the most accomplished huntress and is the first to leap into the air to expertly catch the toys or climbing on top of doors and cupboards.
She is extremely vocal and has her own particular way of communicating - beware if you ignore her! She is also prone to catching twitching feet under covers! She loves to be stroked and is always trying to escape into the garden to play with our nine rabbits!
Calypso
Calypso is our beautiful red smoke queen with golden eyes and the capricious personality to go with her name. She is the most loving of our cats and flops onto her back for belly rubs at any chance she gets. You will always find her on someone's bed as she loves company.
Her stunning tail is always held alof as she trots, head held high, everywhere with the cutest chirps everytime she sees you. She loves to sit next to you and play with the fishing line and anything else she finds.
Hades
Hades is our blue sire with stunning golden eyes. Despite his name, he is the softest cat with such a loving nature. He adores to be groomed and will grab your hand if you stop brushing his coat.
You can guarantee he will greet you with an amazing series of chirps and trills and follow you everywhere looking for attention. He is such a gentleman and always lets the two ladies get their own way, allowing everyone else to play and eat first.

It's difficult to capture our cats in one photo as they all look so different at different times - all photos take at home showing you different aspects of their personalities and highlighting the strong recognisable features of Maine Coons - large size - minimum 5 kg, tufted ears, long bushy tail, chest mane (this often changes at different times of the year due to heat), and the classic tigerlike face with big cheeks and whiskers.
We decided that all our cats deserved names that suited their stature and beauty and have chosen Gods and Godesses as the theme as there are so many to choose from that can be used to reflect their personalities. We think we chose well as they all suit their names in so many ways. We hope you agree!

We will update this page as soon as a new litter is born and take photos every week with names we assign initially for easier identification. This will be in the theme of our cattery but can be changed by their new family.
First pictures of our gorgeous new litter now available identifiable by their collars - one girl with white collar and 5 boys - red, yellow, orange, blue and green. All taken colouring from their mother!
Our queen, Calypso is coping very well with her kittens and is a doting mother. She is almost back to normal after a very long night and eating well along with ehr kittens.
